Village Brewery Play Golf Calgary Ranking Rules

Ranking Period

• The ranking runs for a 6-week period starting on May 25, 2026.

Included Events

• The ranking includes men's nights scores from all Play Golf Calgary courses and men's nights events.

Scoring System

• Scoring is based on the net Stableford system.
• Stableford points are awarded as follows:
  • Double Eagle: 5 points
  • Eagle: 4 points
  • Birdie: 3 points
  • Par: 2 points
  • Bogey: 1 point
  • Double Bogey or worse: 0 points

Handicaps

• Men's nights handicaps are used to determine the net score and net Stableford score.

Qualification

• A minimum of 4 rounds are required to qualify for the ranking.

Points Compilation

• Your total points are compiled using your best 4 net Stableford scores within the 6-week timeframe.
• If you play exactly 4 weeks, your points will be totaled from those 4 net Stableford scores.
• If you play 5 out of the 6 weeks, your point total will be the sum of your 4 best net Stableford scores plus an additional 5 bonus points.
• If you play all 6 weeks, your point total will be the sum of your 4 best net Stableford scores plus an additional 10 bonus points.

Grand Prize

• At the conclusion of the six-week playing period, a random draw will be conducted among the top 20 players to determine the grand prize winner of a $1,000 golf credit at Copper Point Golf Club and $1,000 in stay credits at Copper Point Resort.
